Secret #2-

Remember that collage I showed you on Wednesday?

The one with Rory, Tiger, Jamie Sadlowski, and the rest of the longest hitters in history?

Well, here's something I didn't tell you...

There are WAY more things affecting your shoulder turn than you think.

And I'm not just talking about your neck flexibility (though that's HUGE, as you now know).

I'm talking about things that aren't even CLOSE to your shoulders or torso.

Things that most golfers — and even most golf instructors — completely overlook.

Which brings me to Secret #2...

And this one's wild because you can literally start using it RIGHT NOW to unlock more rotation you didn't even know you had.

No stretching required.

Here's what I mean:

Take a look at guys like Bryson DeChambeau, Sergio Garcia, Rory McIlroy, and pretty much every big hitter on tour.

Notice how they set up to the ball?

Look at their knees.

They flex their knees MORE at address than the average amateur golfer.

In fact, they'd rather err on the side of having too upright of a torso with MORE knee flex... than having legs that are too straight.

Why?

Because **the more you flex your knees, the more you can turn your shoulders — even WITHOUT turning your hips that much more.**

And that's the key.

This isn't just about turning your hips more so your shoulders can follow.

That wouldn't create more TORQUE.

This is about unlocking your shoulders to turn FURTHER while keeping your lower body stable.

Which creates way more coil. Way more power.

Here's why this works:

Most people think of muscles individually.

Your biceps. Your chest. Your hamstrings.

But here's the thing...

**Muscles connect throughout your entire body.**

And tightness in one area — like your legs — can create a chain reaction that restricts movement in a completely different area... like your shoulders.

Even if your shoulders FEEL fine.

So when your legs are too straight at address, it creates a restriction in your lower body.

And that restriction travels UP through your hips, your torso, and into your shoulders.

Which means you can't make as big of a shoulder turn as you're actually capable of.

But when you flex your knees more?

You remove that restriction.

And suddenly, your shoulders can turn WAY further.

Let me show you what I mean.

Stand up right now.

Put your arms across your chest like you're hugging yourself.

Now take your normal golf stance — don't flex your knees any more than you normally would.

Turn to the top of your backswing.

Notice where you stop.

Got it?

Now here's the key...

**While you're at the top of your backswing, start to flex your knees more.**

As you do, keep turning your shoulders.

Notice what happens?

You can turn FURTHER.

A LOT further.

And you didn't stretch a thing.

You just removed the restriction in your lower body... and it had a direct effect on your upper body.

That's the chain reaction I'm talking about.

And this is something you can start doing on your very next swing.

No drills. No practice. No stretching.

Just flex your knees a little more at address, maintain a good amount of it to the top of your backswing and feel the difference.

Now here's where this gets really interesting...

I first discovered this concept years ago when I was studying old-school martial arts books, searching for keys to greater flexibility.

Martial artists are some of the most flexible, mobile people in the world.

And here's what I found out:

It wasn't that they stretched MORE than everyone else.

It wasn't that they practiced for hours on end.

**It was that they perfected the SEQUENCE of movements.**

A few specific moves, done in the right order, and their bodies could move, perform, and flow better than people who stretched twice as long.

And when I applied this concept to golf?

It directly influenced my swing speed, power, and even the QUALITY of my swing.

Which brings me to Secret #3...

And I'm sharing that with you on Sunday.

Here's a preview:

Your stretches aren't working.

And it's not your fault.

The problem is that traditional stretching — even "golf-specific" stretching — doesn't actually improve your flexibility the way you think it does.

Which means you can stretch for HOURS and barely move the needle on your range of motion.

But there's a different approach...

A 6-minute sequence that can give you more flexibility gains than a MONTH of static stretching.

And just like flexing your knees more unlocked your shoulder turn today...

Doing the right moves in the right ORDER is what makes all the difference.

I'm going to break down exactly why this works (and how you can start using it) in Sunday's email.

Keep an eye out for it.

P.S. - Seriously, try that knee flex drill right now if you haven't already. It takes 10 seconds and you'll instantly feel how much further you can turn when you remove that lower body restriction.
