You try to shallow out your downswing, but then your tempo gets messed up.

You focus on keeping the club on plane, but then your contact suffers.

Your brain literally cannot process corrections for two opposite movements at the same time.

One of your hands is probably already PERFECT and doesn't need any fixing at all.

So not only are you trying to work on opposing forces, but you're also wasting time and effort trying to "fix" something that's already working correctly.

And worse - by trying to change the hand that's already perfect, you might actually make it worse!

I've seen this happen to golfers time after time, which is why they struggle for years with the same thing.

So it's extremely important to know exactly which side of your body is the problem side.

That's why I came up with this simple swing test/drill that will reveal exactly which side of your body is destroying your swing plane...

This test only takes about 10 seconds, and is so easy to see that you don't have to be a golf professional to interpret the results.

In fact, even a 9-year-old with no golf experience could easily point it out in this video.

But without this test, it's almost impossible to know for certain which side is your problem side…

It isn't as straightforward as “being a right-handed golfer must mean it's your right side.”

Just as often, it's the left side that's actually throwing off a right-handed golfer's swing plane!

But like I said before, once you see the problem side, you can't unsee it.

To do this yourself, simply take a video with your phone and make just a few swings with a 7-iron and an 8-iron like I'm doing here in the above video.

Once you review the video of yourself, you'll see exactly which hand is your problem child.

Pretty eye-opening, right?
